SHIPPING AND RETURNS<\/h2>\n

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The order processing time is 3-5 business days.\u00a0 Your order will then be dispatched via Australia Post from our Melbourne Office.<\/p>\n

Delivery time will vary depending on location and time of year.\u00a0 Domestic orders (within Australia) are delivered by Australia Post and generally take between 3 \u2013 5 business days.\u00a0 Rural destinations will generally take longer.<\/p>\n

International orders are sent by airmail through Australia Post.\u00a0 Delivery times for most destinations are within 2-6 weeks.

Yes,\u00a0 an Australia Post Tracking Number will be provided with every order.<\/p>\n

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will ship to anywhere in the world there is a postal service.\u00a0 However, once an international package has left Australia, we have no control over its progress or the time it may take your local postal service to process your order, as well as processing through customs and your local delivery service.\u00a0 We ask that you allow the full estimated time of five weeks for shipping and processing of international orders before contacting us.<\/p>\n

CAN I PRE-ORDER A TITLE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aztec International do not accept returns for such circumstances. Please ensure that you are confident with the products you have chosen before confirming your purchase.<\/p>\n

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER?<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHAT CAN I WHAT DO IF MY DVD WON’T PLAY?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you cannot get a disc to play please take the below steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Firstly, make sure your DVD player and television are suitable for playing discs that are Region 4, PAL.<\/li>\n
  2. Check to see if the disc will play in another player or computer (the computer also needs to be Region 4 to be able to play our discs). This will help to eliminate an issue with a particular player.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the reverse side of the disc to see if it has been marked in any way \u2013 eg by finger prints, grime, scratches.<\/li>\n
  4. If you are still having problems use the contact form below<\/a>; We\u2019ll be happy to help sort it out. When emailing please send as much information as possible:<\/li>\n
  5. Exactly what is occurring at the time of the fault, along with timecode of when it occurs; a brief description of what is happening in the film would also help – eg \u201cAt 10 minutes 15 seconds (man is opening car door and stepping out into his garage) when the disc freezes\u201d<\/li>\n
  6. The brand, Model and age of your DVD player and if you have had previous problems with other DVDs in that player. Also your players region will help us.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    WILL YOUR DVDS PLAY IN MY COUNTRY?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    As stated above, Aztec International Entertainment DVDs are PAL formatted and encoded to Region 4 so before you buy any of our DVDs make sure your DVD player and television are suitable for playing these discs.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    WHAT ARE “REGIONS”?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When a DVD disc is manufactured, a region code is applied at the authoring stage such that the final disc will play only on those players distributed in the designated world region. There are 6 regions throughout the world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    WHAT ARE THE CLASSIFICATION DESCRIPTIONS?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    All Australian film\/DVD content has to be rated by the Australian Classification Board<\/a>. The classification labels show you whether a product is appropriate for you and your family. Below are brief descriptions of what each logo means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
